Game description
The group slides their backs down the wall into the hocked position. The feet should be approx. 60-60cm away from the wall. The legs should make 90° angles and the back is kept against the wall. In this position the group tries to break the wall sitting record. This game is only suitable as a station game if the time for the stations is approx. 5-7 minutes. This is approximately how long the exercise can take.
Judging
The amount of time is measured how long the players can hold the hocked position. The game is over quicker if the time is taken until the first person gives up.
