Game description

Hold a weight horizontally at a certain height with a stretched arm. You can agree whether or not both arms should be stretched out. The weight should be chosen so that 2-3 minutes can be achieved but not much longer.

Judging

The time is recorded how long the weight is held in the horizontal position.
