Size of group: | all |
Time for preparation: | less |
Material: | Snow |
Game description
Altogether the participants create a big pile of snow. When that is done, they model it into a snowball track. It has to be stable and hard. If needed you can pour a bucket of water over it to create an icy surface. Once this is solid and hard, the team leader chooses one kid who rolls a golf ball down the track. If you want to have a race, have the kids to build two tracks and let the teams compete against each other. Make sure they have the same length.
Judging
The winner is the one whose golf ball has arrived quickest at the bottom. Alternatively, in another round of even the slowest ball can bring victory. If there are two parallel tracks, the fastest team wins the race.
