Game description
The beauty of being quiet and going within can be experienced by everybody with this simple relaxation technique, using a singing bowl. This method of relaxation is primarily for older children, with a recommendation to work in a smaller group. It also would be beneficial if there are at least two youth workers; one, preferably with the appropriate experience with relaxation techniques. All children lay down on the floor in a circle. In the middle, a candle is burning in the otherwise dark room. The supervisor starts with the singing bowl. Now it is time to close your eyes, letting go of the day and dream a little. In the end, all participants can talk about their experiences. However, if someone wants to lay down for a little longer, can do so. Maybe with the singing bowl on his stomach or hand for another round.
Judging
None, relaxing is the only requirement
