Game description
On a sheet of paper, each participant paints two small pictures on stories from his life, or in which he sees a connection to himself. It must be one fictional and one true story. Next, two children are telling their stories to each other and have to guess which one is genuine and which one was made up. Following this, the stories are exchanged with each other. Each child goes to another kid and tells the story of the one before him. It is important to remember the details of the story, such as names, places, and storyline to be able to tell the story as authentic as possible. Depending on how many kids participate, those stories might be told several times. That is the same for all children and at the end, there won’t be anyone left who has not heard the story. Eventually, all come back to the circle and tell the story one final time while telling the group whose story was told. Following the storytelling, the group will decide whether the story was true or false.
