Game description
Participants look for a paved track which is safe and without obstacles. In particularly, there should not be any ditches, rocks, trees and other people, to minimise the risk of injury in case they veer off the track. Before everybody sits on his skateboard to roll down the slope, a few of the other kids could be organised to look for upcoming traffic or other obstacles which could be dangerous to the racers. This skateboard race is fun for every size of group and can easily last an entire afternoon. To be on the safe side, only two racers at the time should compete against each other. Once all winners and loser from the previous rounds are established, winner and losers can compete with each other. Just as it is done in real car races. However, safety always has priority because an accident can have painful consequences quickly. Do not underestimate the speed of this race.
Judging
The fastest skateboard racer wins.
