Passing it on
Time: | 3 min. |
Recommended age: | from 7 |
Size of group: | 1 volunteers per team |
Time for preparation: | none |
Material: | Pencils |
Game description
In the beginning, every participant receives two pencils from the team leader. Next, the participants line up next to each other, with a distance of one meter. The first participant receives a third pencil, which is placed on the other two pencils. The objective is to transport the third pencil to the next player and hand it over. This game serves mainly to loosen up the afternoon with some good fun.
Option
Passing it on can also be played as a competition. In this case, divide the group into two teams. All team members stand in the same distance to each other. Another possibility would be, that all participants stand somewhere around in the room. Now it is up to the team leader to tell the first kid where he has to pass on the pencil. If that is done, the kid who was just balancing the pencil can choose, where the pencil goes from here.
Judging
The rating is just like in every other competition. The team which can get the pencil from start to finish in the shortest time possible wins.
