Neckerchief Knot Throwing
Time: | 3 min. |
Recommended age: | from 7 |
Size of group: | 1 volunteers per team |
Time for preparation: | none |
Material: | Scarves, tape measure |
Game description
Before the actual game can start, each participant makes one or two knots in their scarf. In the meantime, the team leader sets a start line. Once that is done, the participants take her scarf into her mouth, much as they would do with the tea bag throwing. The objective now is to throw the scarf with one skilled move as far as possible. The challenge is not only the skilled move but to let go of the scarf at the right time. This is important to get the scarf really where it is supposed to go. It is recommended that participants compete in this competition one by one. The reason for that, if all throw at the same time, it is hard for the team leader to work out whose scarf really met the target.
Judging
The winner is the player who manages to throw the scarf as far as possible.
