Game description
For this game, you will need a wooden board and about 100 nails. The nails are arranged so that they create a trail, just wide enough for a marble to roll through. However, you need to implement some hurdles to make this game really exciting. For example, if you tilt the board the marble must be able to straight roll off the board. Each team has a board and must give their best. Take the time how long it takes for each team and all marbles to get through the track. It is important that the kids give it some consideration on where to place the nails. Not too easy and not too hard. Another alternative would be, that each kid creates his own track which he can take home after the tournament. So they can practice at home as if there was no tomorrow.
Judging
Needless to say, the team with the best marble track wins. If the marble gets off the track the team receives penalty points or, alternatively, will be disqualified. In general, the fastest marble track wins.
