Game description
This game is particularly suitable for small children. Before the game starts, divide the group into two teams. All kids line up, bend over and hold onto the ankle of the kid in front. On command, both caterpillars have to start moving. The objective is for no child to fall out of the line. This is not all that easy because the kids need a really good coordination. It will take quite some time for all to get into sync with each other. It is advisable to practice the Crawler Race a little before it comes to the official race. Children will find this game very funny, and you will find, they can’t get enough of it. For more experienced caterpillars you can implement hurdles or have them crawling in waves. It is all not that easy.
Judging
The winner is the caterpillar which makes it first behind the finishing line.
