Tying knots - no easy business

Game description
The group holds onto two ends of a ten meter rope and tries to tie knots without letting go of the ends. The group must co-ordinate well so that knots can be made. So that the knots can be undone again, do not tie them too tight.
Option
One player holds each end of a 150cm rope and they try to tie a knot without letting go of the ends.
Judging
The group with the most knots wins or the fastest player wins.
