Game description
For the classic long jump you will need a sand pit. If that is not available, you can also come up with the triple jump. For this jump, you won’t need a run-up. In this case, the participants begin at the starting line and complete 3 to 5 long jumps. Then the team leader measures, the distance each jumper covered. With this discipline, participants, not only train their speed but also their mobility, agility and especially the ability to bounce. For the long jump, it is particularly important, to sprint before the actual jump.
