Game description
For many years, swimming pools have been known to provide children with safety during their first swimming attempts. However, floaties can also be used for an exciting water game, which even adults may enjoy. First of all, all participants are divided into two equal teams because what we are going to do here is a relay race. Each participant has to swim the length of the pool both ways. Only if he returns back to the start, the next child can begin. This is repeated until all kids of the team are through. The challenge for this game is to swim with floaties. This will make it quite difficult for some.
Option
If you want to make this even harder, every participant has to swim with only one floatie. And when he returns, he has to take his floatie off, pass it on to the next kid, who has to put the floatie on and then he can start. If you want to make it even more difficult, let them inflate the floatie before they can begin. You will be surprised how hard it is to push an inflated floatie up your arm.
Judging
Speed and dexterity, but also the fun factor wins.
