Diving into cream

Game description
One volunteer per group is allowed to eat a bowl of cream. The amount of cream should be considered before hand as some may become ill with so much cream.
Option
There are 1-5 gummi bears to be found in the bowl. These must be eaten. This increases the interest in cream eating somewhat.
