Game description
Everybody knows the good old Chinese Whispers game. This game is in the water even more difficult. Try to speak under water! All kids line up in one long queue. The team leader and the first kid dive into the water. The team leader tells him a word. The objective is, to pass this word on from child to child but under water. In the end, the last kid has to say out loud which word it is. If there are a lot of children, it could get quite gibberish.
Option
To increase the difficulty, you could give them an entire sentence to pass on under water. Or you play it as a maths game. For example, the first kid gets the number two and has to multiply it by 2. The next kid gets the number 4 and has to multiply it by four and so on. If it all adds up at the end, praise the kids accordingly. This is not a game for the faint-hearted.
Judging
Not really important
