Game description
All you need is two boards and plenty of tea lights. Divide the group into two teams and the relay race can begin. The objective is to bring the burning tea lights from one side of the pool to the other. The lights are not to leave the board or get wet. The first player swims with the board and candles from one side of the pool to the other and then back again. Now the next player can start.
Option
To make the whole thing more difficult, one may also incorporate special rules. For example, children are not allowed to touch the ground. So you really need to swim from the beginning to the end. Those who are touching the bottom of the pool have to return and start all over again. The same is true if a candle gets wet.
Judging
The winner is the team which managed to bring the candles back and forth several times
