Game description
In the corners of a large playing area cones are set up as bases. Depending on the size of the field and number of players extra cones can be positioned. You will need at least 4 cones for a homerun. One team (the fielders) are inside the playing area the other team (throwers and runners) are outside the area at the starting point. The first player throws the ball into the field and tries to reach the first base. The fielders try to catch this ball and place it in a basket. If this happens before the player has reached the first base he is burnt and must return to the start. A runner can run past all 4 bases but can always be burnt before reaching the next base.
Option
Instead of burning a basket the catching team stands behind each other with their legs spread and rolls the ball the from the back to the front. If the ball reaches the last player the ball and runner is burned if he hasn't already saved himself at a base.
Judging
If a runner reaches the last base the team receives a point for the home run. If the player manages to get around all of the bases on one go then the team receives 2 (3) points. The winning team is the team with the most points after 15 minutes or the team with the most home runs from 30 throws.
